Job Overview
We are a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in next-generation cybersecurity solutions. We protect mid-market businesses from sophisticated digital threats. We are seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to hunt for new business opportunities and fuel our sales pipeline.
Duties
- Outbound Hunting: Using telesales, linkedin and other channels, identify decision makers, assess pain points, qualify prospects and book sales meetings or demos, to build a sales pipeline of new business prospects
- Drive attendance to webinars and events
- Work with the marketing team to identify opportunities for lead generation activity
- Pipeline Management: Maintain clean data and track prospecting activities inside our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales leaders to optimize messaging and target lists.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, ransomware trends, and MSP offerings.
Attributes and skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles, preferably within the IT sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a confident and engaging telephone manner
- Good self-leadership and the ability to work well as part of a wider team
- Strong follow-up and influencing skills
- Good time management, prioritisation and administrative skills - with an attention to detail
- A fast-learner
- Agile sales approach with the ability to indentify client challenges and respond accordingly
In return you'll get a competitive base salary with uncapped commission linked to appointment bookings.
Pay: £24,420.00-£36,000.00 per year
