West Base Electronics Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Trade Counter Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work for a rapidly growing Electrical wholesaler & distributor.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working in an Electrical Trade Counter
- Knowledge of Electrical products
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) are required.
- Proactive and confident on the phone
Duties:
Manage daily transactions with customers and vendors with a focus on customer service.
- Serve and provide support/advice for visiting customers
- Process customer sales and orders
- Maintain a clean store environment and attractive trade counter
- Ideas for improving the trade counter and liaising with relevant suppliers for fit-out
- Advice on inventory management and stock-holding requirements
- Proactively contact previous customers to generate repeat business
- Answering incoming sales calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
