One Aftersales are recruiting for a Brands at TPS (Trade Parts Specialists) Account Manager on a full time fixed term contract until December 2027. This is a field based role.
What you will be doing:
- Reporting into the National Performance Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities for Brands at TPS: our second line of parts targeting older Volkswagen Group Vehicles.
- This will include frequent customer visits, negotiation and account management as you look to nurture and develop new and existing customers spend in line with the wider TPS turnover and profit plan.
- You will be responsible for regularly monitoring sales performance, building business cases and ‘owning’ your channel
- You will work closely with the TPS Sales Team, the wider TPS Head Office team and the TPS Network
- You will also be required to keep abreast of market developments to enable TPS to maintain its strong position in the aftermarket.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- A track record of consistently managing operational performance and achieving great results.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build, maintain and develop excellent customer relationships.
- Comfortable analysing detailed statistical, numerical and financial data.
- Well organised and able to prioritise and plan.
- Able to stimulate change in businesses to deliver growth and sustainability.
