Care Supervisor Position
We are currently looking for that special person who has all the above qualities along with experience in Domiciliary Care and a level 3 QCF in Health & Social Care.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Staff supervisions/spot checks
- Mentoring/supporting staff members
- Customer care reviews
- New customer assessments
- Tailor made care plans & risk assessments
- Out of hours on-call duties on a rota basis which will include some weekend work
- Providing support for our customers
- Are you passionate about what you do?

- Are you a conscientious, well organised person with excellent communication skills (both written and oral)?
- Have the confidence to work independently as well as being a strong team player?
