Due to expansion and our ongoing success in retailing affordable quality used prestige cars an exciting and rare opportunity is available, we are looking for an experienced Sales lead coordinator to join our already established Sales team
We are looking for someone who has previous experience, is self motivated and takes pride in everything they do.

The Role
As Sales Lead Coordinator, you will take ownership of all incoming sales enquiries, from email enquires, live chat and telephone calls, ensuring every potential customer receives a prompt, professional and proactive response. You will be responsible for managing the lead journey from initial enquiry through to appointment booking, while supporting our sales team in maximising conversion opportunities.
Working closely with the Sales Managers and Sales Executives, you will ensure no opportunity is missed and that our lead management processes remain industry leading.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound sales enquiries from Autotrader, Motors, CarGurus, our website, social media and telephone.
- Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally.
- Qualify customer requirements and build rapport.
- Book appointments for the sales team and maximise showroom visits.
- Monitor lead response times and follow-up activity.
- Ensure every enquiry receives the correct level of communication and follow-up.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to improve enquiry conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
- Produce lead performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within the motor trade is essential.
- Experience handling internet or telephone sales enquiries would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using CRM systems and computer software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy dealership environment.

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
