- A commitment to restorative, child-centred and strengths-based practice.
Join us at a pivotal moment for children and young people in North Yorkshire.
As social care reform and the Families First Partnership Programme reshape the national landscape, we are looking for an experienced and inspirational Team Manager to help lead our Youth Justice Service into its next chapter. As a result of this, some realignment may happen with job roles in the future, we want to be transparent about this in respect of this role.
We embrace hybrid working and offer flexibility to work from home and across a range of locations. As a relationship-focused leadership role, regular office and partnership presence will be essential to build strong connections, support teams and deliver the best possible outcomes for children, families, victims and communities.
