Specilist cleaning/ window cleaning.
This role will mainly involve the removal of black mould from residential and commercial properties, along with exterior window cleaning using water-fed pole systems. The work will involve working at height and working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of locations. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential for this position. Experience is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Removing black mould from residential and commercial properties using specialist cleaning products and equipment.
- Exterior window cleaning using water-fed pole systems.
- Working safely at height and following company health and safety procedures.
- Driving company vehicles to and from customer sites.
- Working independently and managing your daily workload efficiently.
- Providing a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Arriving on time and maintaining excellent timekeeping.
- Communicating professionally and politely with customers.
- Completing job sheets, photographs and other basic paperwork as required.
- Maintaining and cleaning company vehicles, equipment and work areas.
- Loading, unloading and handling cleaning equipment and materials.
- Identifying and reporting any health and safety concerns or property defects noticed on site.
- Following company procedures, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
- Being reliable, self-motivated and able to use initiative when working alone.
- Representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Assisting with other exterior cleaning services when required, including gutters, cladding, pressure washing and related specialist cleaning tasks.
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
