Two very exclusive Training Contract vacancies to join a market-leading city-centre corporate law firm.
The Trainees will work closely with the Senior Partner, and other Associates on commercial and corporate matters.
The majority of your day-to-day work will be on active client files, being supervised in tasks and matters accordingly, and moving on to more complex work, building your knowledge and skills base.

A best-in-class specialist M&A and Commercial Property Investments law firm, with offices in Newcastle and London, acting for businesses of all sizes as well as HNW and UHNW individuals.
The firm is experiencing exceptional growth with its headquarters at Bank House in Newcastle, and a second office in central London (Soho). Both are new offices, with state-of-the-art amenities.
Requirements:
No prior legal experience is required but the work is very challenging and intellectually stimulating.
We therefore only recruit academically bright, commercially aware individuals who are willing to push themselves to achieve the best of their potential.
In view of the demands of the job we require a 2:1 degree or above (not necessarily in law).
The candidate must have an excellent work ethic, be ambitious and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
The need to multi-task and be able to prioritise tasks is essential.
The candidate should be extremely organised and have excellent attention to detail.
You will be a team player, have a can-do approach to tasks and have a passion for commercial law.
