Team Leader / Supervisor — LUXBITE
LUXBITE is looking for a confident, motivated, and people-focused Team Leader / Supervisor to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and reliable individual who can lead by example, support the team, maintain LUXBITE’s high standards, and help create an exceptional customer experience.
Your Role
As a Team Leader / Supervisor at LUXBITE, you will help oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate the team, support staff performance, and ensure our products and service consistently meet our premium standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the LUXBITE team during daily operations.
- Communicate tasks, priorities, and expectations clearly to team members.
- Supervise daily activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and excellent customer service.
- Allocate tasks and coordinate team members across shifts.
- Support staff with training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure LUXBITE’s standards for product quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service are consistently maintained.
- Handle customer queries professionally and help resolve issues effectively.
- Support stock checks, ordering, and general operational requirements.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful working environment.
- Lead by example and encourage teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Assist management with improving processes and developing the business.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, hospitality, retail, food, or customer-service role is desirable.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, support, and develop team members.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
- Strong customer-service mindset.
- Reliable, professional, and positive attitude.
- Additional languages are an advantage, particularly where they support communication with our customers and team.
