POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Availability: Must be able to commit to full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and key sporting event days.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Line Chef or Commis Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Execution: Cook and present high-quality dishes according to Ludo’s premium menu specs, ensuring consistency during peak match-day rushes.
- Kitchen Operations: Support the wider kitchen team to maintain exceptional service standards, speed, and safety.
- Food Safety: Maintain a clean, hygienic workstation and adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the kitchen, working collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
