An exciting opportunity to join a very motived, high-performance team as Head of Marketing Northern and Southern Europe & Ireland. You will be responsible in leading the marketing agenda and delivering the next phase of growth across the regions, working closely with a broad range of internal teams and the 3rd party distributor network. You will be leading a team of Regional and Customer Marketing Managers across the region to support their delivery of the commercial growth drivers.
Partner with the Regional Managing Director, Global Marketing Director 3PM, and Global Brand Teams to deliver the portfolio strategy, shape locally relevant assets, and build execution excellence aligned to global guidelines and that drives A&P Productivity. Inspire and develop a team of Regional and Customer Marketing Managers, embedding efficient cross‑functional ways of working with Commercial, GBT and Third-party Distributors, and building marketing capability for long‑term brand growth. The role sits within both the BBU Global 3PM Marketing Team and the BBU Northern and Southern Europe & Ireland Regional Leadership Team.
An experienced Senior Marketeer, armed with strong interpersonal and influence skills, as well as a solid commercial acumen, you will have had experience of leading and delivering a brand building and growth agenda across multiple brands/markets.
