School Time : (8AM -10AM) (3PM-5PM)
Responsibilities
- Safely escort children to and from school, ensuring their well-being throughout the journey
- Build trusting relationships with children and families, offering support and reassurance as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and road safety regulations during school runs
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's attendance or any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance, and incidents during the school run
- Assist with minor behavioral or emotional support to help children feel comfortable and secure
- Support the smooth coordination of pick-up and drop-off schedules to ensure punctuality
Skills
- Experience working with children in educational, childcare, or support settings
- Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with families, schools, and team members
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles involving scheduled responsibilities
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive in dynamic situations
- Good understanding of child safety procedures and safeguarding policies
- Energetic approach with a proactive attitude toward supporting children's needs
- Driver License required.
