Responsibilities:
- Supporting the achievement of departmental yield and efficiency targets.

Ensuring good housekeeping is maintained.

Ensuring that Quality, Health & Safety and other Company policies are adhered to.

Moving carcasses around the factory.
-
Working in a chilled environment.

Use of knives or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming.

Be aware of and work to departmental SOP’s.
-
Proper use and storage of issued PPE (including chainmail and knives etc.)

Responsible for the intake and weighing in of carcasses and ensuring they meet customer specifications
Qualifications:
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan workloads effectively to meet deadlines.

Have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
