Are you a sport/remedial/clinical massage therapist looking to work at a supportive, innovative, and award-winning clinic?

When you’re a member of our team, you receive training / support in the framework we use with clients, regularly monthly one to one sessions with an experienced therapist, ad hoc support as needed, and regular group trainings.
We’re currently looking for a talented & passionate soft tissue therapist (e.g. sports therapist, remedial massage therapist, clinical massage therapist) to join our team at our Leyton location Monday morning/midday, Wednesday afternoon/evening, and the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions and medical histories to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform clinical, remedial, and sports massage techniques tailored to individual client needs.
- Apply specialised massage methods to aid recovery from injuries, reduce muscle tension, and enhance athletic performance.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and monitor client progress over time.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or stretches to support ongoing recovery.
- Ensure all treatments are delivered in accordance with health and safety standards and professional guidelines.
Requirements
- Sport / remedial / clinical massage therapy qualifications (minimum level 4 preferred, although we do consider Level 3 therapists with excellent anatomy skills)
- Registered self-employed
- Minimum of £5 million insurance
- CNHC-registered / Membership in a professional body (optional)
- Care about helping people, committed to inclusivity & human rights for all people
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential (or baseline and a willingness to learn)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry best practices.
