We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will be experienced with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. You will be welcomed into our busy, well established shop in the heart of Trowbridge with great rates of pay and an amazing team!
Responsibilities
- Providing professional hairstyling services
- Assisting clients with personalised consultations to achieve their desired look
- Managing front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and client check-in/out
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation within the salon environment
- Building strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber with a recognised qualification in hairdressing or barbering
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends if required; a professional attitude towards ongoing training and development
