The Role of the Football Academy Teacher / Coach
At its core, this role is about unlocking the dual potential of young athletes who refuse to choose between elite sporting ambition and academic success. As a key figure in our football academy, you will serve as coach, mentor, and educational guardian, seamlessly blending rigorous on-pitch technical training with the discipline required for classroom excellence. You will not only design and deliver a high-performance curriculum, but you will also actively guide our players through their academic journeys, ensuring they develop the life skills, resilience, and qualifications needed for their next steps.
About The Kemnal Academies Trust
As the Ladies Academy Lead, you will spearhead a high-profile program dedicated to developing elite female football talent while fully supporting their academic journeys within a mainstream secondary school.
You will be the driving force behind both the technical delivery on the pitch and the holistic support off it. You will design and execute a professional-tier football curriculum tailored to the modern women’s game, while managing the day-to-day balance between intensive training and classroom success.
By championing a culture of high standards, resilience, and inclusivity, you will inspire our players to excel both academically and athletically. If you are a qualified teacher or elite coach passionate about closing the gap between youth development and the rapidly growing pathways in women's football, this role offers the platform to shape a truly impactful program.
