Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about catering, serving, and hospitality. Previous restaurant or barista experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation and presentation when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Handle customer enquiries courteously, resolving any issues promptly
- Handle payments and operate the till
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Personable attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays as required
