Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Environment: Chilled Warehouse
Shift Pattern: 12-Hour Shifts (7am–7pm Days / 7pm–7am Nights)
Rotation: 4 on / 4 off
Pay Rate: £12.82 – £13.77 per hour
We are recruiting dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a chilled warehouse operation in Market Drayton. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working in cooler temperatures and want stable, ongoing work with a consistent shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing chilled goods accurately
- Loading and unloading products
- Working in a chilled environment (PPE provided)
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Meeting daily pick targets and supporting warehouse workflow
About You:
- Able to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rotation
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
