Abbeyfield Tamar Extra Care Society are currently recruiting a part time member of staff to join our family!
We are recruiting for 1 x 33 hour contracted staff for days. This will consist of 2 x 12 and 2x6 hour shifts per week on a 2 week rolling rota basis. This will include working every other weekend.
All training will be provided with the opportunity of you being able to complete a new qualification.
Full induction given with completing shadow shifts so you can get to know how you can meet our residents individual needs.
Tamar House is a purpose-built care home, opened in 1987, on the outskirts of Plymouth, close to the hospital, transport routes and other amenities.
The building is fully accessible by service users with disabilities, built on two floors, with a shaft and chair lift. There is accommodation for 28 residents over the age of 65, who may also have physical disabilities, including visual or hearing impairment, Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease.

Pay: £13.32 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 per week
