The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with experience in the motor or motorcycle industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As an Executive, you will play a key role in and ensuring customer satisfaction. Based in Barnsley, Ron Daley Motorcycles is one of the oldest Vespa & Piaggio Dealers in the UK. We are looking for a candidate with some experience in the motor trade
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Stock control, Taking Phone Orders, In house sales.
- Warranty input and over sight, dealing with customer outcomes
- Service Centre Relations - Job Booking, Invoicing, Liaising with clients & Workshop Technicians
Skills:
- Proficient in relevant software applications and processes
- Previous experience in the Motor/Motorcycle Industry
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
- The Ability to understand warranty management systems & actively keeping on top of warranty Control
