We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Spa Waiter / Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality food and beverage service, helping to enhance the overall guest experience within our spa environment.
You will be responsible for serving light meals, snacks, and refreshments while supporting the smooth operation of food and beverage areas. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role that combines excellent customer service with strong teamwork and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Provide a warm, professional welcome and ensure a positive guest experience from arrival to departure
- Support the day-to-day operation of food and beverage areas, ensuring they are consistently staffed and run smoothly
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, maintaining high service standards
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menus and offer guidance to guests on food and beverage choices
- Ensure all food and beverage areas are clean, organised, and ready for service at all times
- Complete cleaning and closing schedules to the highest standards
- Accurately process orders, handle payments, and follow all cash handling procedures
- Support the setup of restaurant, bar, and function areas to company standards
Guest Experience
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service at all times
- Maximise sales opportunities through confident product knowledge and recommendations
- Proactively seek guest feedback and resolve or escalate concerns promptly
Compliance & Standards
- Maintain full awareness of food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations
- Ensure all procedures are followed in line with company policies and legal requirements
- Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure areas are made safe where necessary
Team Support
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist with the training and mentoring of new team members when required
- Provide clear handovers between shifts
