You will be responsible for a small team and must know how to get the best from the people you work with. We believe in a supportive and consultative approach and expect the same from our managers and supervisors.
With our own in-house production we apply company brands to shirts and other merchandise for customers from Tesco and Kellogg's to local businesses and tradesmen.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
You'll need to be physically fit as you'll be on your feet a lot. we know you'll be a self starter showing initiative and enthusiasm. It's a fast paced environment and there's always lots going on, never a dull moment.
Experience of printing processes like DTF and DTG would be helpful but not essential as full training is provided. We do expect you to have had supervisory experience.
