Required experienced Landscape & Maintenance Supervisor and Operatives working within Manchester and the North West. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Applicant must have experience in all aspects of Hard and Soft Landscaping and resin surfacing as well as Landscape Maintenance. Use of mowers, strimmers, blowers, hedge cutters to maintain commercial grounds. Upkeep of shrubbery/hedges/borders and application of weed/moss treatments. PA1 and/or PA6 spraying licence and valid CSCS card preferred but not essential , driving license required.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience essential in both hard/soft landscaping and grounds maintenance as well as resin surfacing.
- Communication skills dealing with colleagues and customers
- PA1 and/or PA6 spraying licence preferred however not essential
- CSCS
- Full clean driving licence essential
* Other Information:
- 37-39 hours per week, salary competitive and based upon experience.
