Reynolds Food Group is a leading foodservice business supplying fresh produce and other food products to customers across the UK.
We're looking for a Control Office Operative to join our busy Waltham Cross operation. You'll play an important role in keeping the warehouse running smoothly, making sure picking activity is accurate, on time and properly recorded.

Monitor and communicate the status of warehouse picks
Issue and confirm pick sheets for warehouse operatives
Prepare pick sheets ready for the start of each shift
Monitor critical timings across the pick and load schedule
Release customer order pick lists in line with planned routes
Make system-based corrections to picking activities when required
Maintain accurate and auditable pick documentation and labels
Update paperwork and internal systems
Carry out the Not Available (NA) and substitution process
Release purchase orders for Supply Chain and communicate updates across the business
Communicate with warehouse and other internal departments
Audit picking equipment and documentation
Support other departments with general administration
GCSE Level education, including Maths and English at Grade C or above
Confident IT skills and experience with data entry
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
Good numerical and analytical skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence to use your own initiative and work independently
Experience with warehouse management or ERP systems would be advantageous
