At Unilife, we're passionate about creating exceptional student homes where our residents can thrive. As we prepare to open our brand new Castle Way property in Southampton, we're looking for a Housekeeper to help us deliver the outstanding standards we're known for.
This is more than a cleaning role. You'll play an important part in creating a welcoming, safe and comfortable environment that our residents are proud to call home.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining all communal areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Cleaning and preparing student studio apartments to the high standards our residents expect.
- Reporting maintenance issues and health & safety concerns.
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and ensuring equipment is cared for.
- Working closely with the wider property team to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional standards.
- Has a great eye for detail.
- Is reliable, organised and enjoys working independently.
- Has previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience within hotels, hospitality, serviced accommodation or student accommodation (preferred, but not essential).
- Has a friendly, positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team.
