Christopher Brian is working with a well-established law firm in Farnham looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its fantastic property team.
This is a key hire for the firm. You’ll be trusted to manage your own work and client relationships, while having the support around you to continue developing your already confident abilities and expanding your own case load.
The role:
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential property matters
- Advising the firm’s clients clearly and confidently throughout their transactions
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other parties
- Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the continued success of the department
About you:
Ideally, you’ll be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer with around 2 to 3 years’ PQE or equivalent experience.
More importantly, the firm is looking for someone who already feels confident handling conveyancing matters but still has the ambition to learn, develop technically and progress their career within a friendly and supportive environment.
You do not need to tick every box to be considered. If you have good residential conveyancing experience and feel ready for a role where you can develop further, we’d still like to hear from you!
