We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to support the development of a high-performing modern warehouse operation. This is a genuine opportunity for an established Warehouse Manager to become the operational lead, working closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager and taking increasing ownership of the day-to-day operation as the business continues to grow.
This is a highly practical leadership role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems on the shop floor while also contributing to strategic improvement projects.
You will help drive productivity, improve operational flow, support ERP/WMS development, and build a strong leadership culture within the warehouse team. A major focus of the role will be developing supervisors and team leaders to ensure consistent operational standards across all areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture across all warehouse activities
- Leadership & Strategy development
- Support the delivery of the long-term warehouse operating model
- Lead warehouse improvement and redesign projects
- Improve warehouse layout, material flow and storage strategies
- Support implementation and optimisation of WMS / ERP systems
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Develop scalable processes to support future business growth
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency and service levels
- Provide hands-on leadership across all warehouse operations
- Improve workflow, organisation and operational discipline
- Drive improvements in picking, replenishment and inventory management
- Monitor performance and resolve operational issues
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance reporting tools
- Mentor and develop Warehouse Supervisors and Team Leaders
About You
- Proven success leading high-volume warehouse operations as a Warehouse Manager
- Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP platforms, with experience implementing new systems and driving operational change
- Experience improving warehouse processes or layouts
- Demonstrable success delivering operational change, productivity improvements and cultural transformation.
- A track record of building high-performing management teams and developing future leaders.
- Strong hands-on leadership style
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material flow
- Ability to turn strategy into practical results
- Confident communicator and team leader
- Strong IT skills including Excel and reporting tools
- Organised with good project management ability
