Job Description:
Care Dedications recruitment agency are currently looking for a caring, reliable Support Worker to join our team in a CQC regulated setting. You’ll help and support families who need assistance to have fun and go out on trips. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys making a real difference and bringing joy to others.
Must Have:
- Care Certificate
- 16 Healthcare Mandatory Training Certificates
- Team Teach or CPI training
Responsibilities:
- Support families during days out and activities
- Provide person-centred care in line with CQC standards
- Work flexibly across days, nights, and weekends
- Be available for last-minute/ad hoc shifts when needed
Requirements:
- Care Certificate
- Mandatory Training Certificate – essential
- Experience in working with Children is Children Homes
- Friendly, reliable, and flexible approach
- Enhanced DBS required
Musts also provide us with the following proof before proceeding to the next stage
1) Proof of address
2) Proof of Moving and handling certificate
3)Proof of DBS being on updated service
4) An updated CV showing full experience after leaving school, explaining any gaps
Experience
- Have at least 1 year Experience needed within the UK Care Industry
