Database & Finance Administrator (33–39 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Database & Finance Administrator to support our Administration Department.
Duties include maintaining product, supplier and customer data, updating pricing and discount structures, assisting with sales and purchase ledger processing, preparing customer price lists, investigating pricing queries, carrying out daily cash reconciliations, and providing occasional reception cover.
The ideal candidate will have some administration experience, strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, excellent attention to detail, good numerical ability, and a customer-focused approach. You will be reliable, professional, able to work accurately, meet deadlines, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
