Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics service workflows, shipment updates, and operational coordination
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor delivery timelines, service requests, documentation, and logistics reports
- Support transport planning, freight updates, issue resolution, and workflow improvements
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, meeting notes, service summaries, and operational updates
- Assist with team coordination, task planning, and follow-up management
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Support clear communication across teams to keep logistics services organised and timely
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in logistics, freight coordination, transport operations, supply chain support, service delivery, or business operations
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with carriers, suppliers, vendors, business clients, or logistics partners is an advantage

Pay: £42,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
