About the Role
Pegasus Couture is seeking a creative and talented Fashion Designer to contribute to the development of distinctive, high-quality collections. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine creativity, technical expertise, and commercial awareness in bringing innovative fashion concepts from initial inspiration to final production.
Key Responsibilities
- Research fashion trends, materials, colours, and emerging styles.
- Develop creative concepts, sketches, and collection ideas.
- Create technical specifications and support product development.
- Select fabrics, materials, colours, and finishes.
- Collaborate with pattern makers, suppliers, and production teams.
- Review samples and provide feedback throughout the development process.
- Ensure designs align with brand identity and commercial objectives.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Professional experience in fashion design or product development.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical design ability.
- Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.
- Strong sketching and design software skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
