Responsibilities
- CMM Experience mandatory.
- Perform comprehensive inspections of products, equipment, and work areas during the night shift to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct detailed analysis of inspection data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for process enhancement.
- Document inspection findings accurately through detailed reports and logs, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues swiftly and effectively, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols and conduct routine audits to reinforce a culture of safety awareness.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or inspection roles within manufacturing.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills for clear documentation and effective teamwork during night shifts.
- Ability to work independently, and maintain focus during overnight hours.
