Maintenance & Grounds Team Member
Coastal Resorts Ltd – Pembrokeshire
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Maintenance & Grounds Team Member to join our friendly team across our family-run holiday parks in beautiful Pembrokeshire.
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is happy turning their hand to a wide range of maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
Duties will include:
- Grass cutting, strimming and general grounds maintenance
- Landscaping, weeding and hedge trimming
- General repairs and maintenance around the parks
- Assisting with caravan siting, patios etc
- Painting, fencing and basic building works
- Maintaining park facilities and communal areas
- Responding to maintenance requests from guests and owners
- Ensuring the parks are kept clean, safe and presented to a high standard
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Practical maintenance skills and experience using hand and power tools
- Full UK driving licence required and own transport is preferable.
Experience in grounds maintenance, construction, landscaping or general maintenance would be advantageous, although full training can be provided for the right candidate
