From the dramatic cliffs of Durdle Door to the tranquil beauty of Lulworth Cove, you’ll be working in a setting that inspires both staff and visitors. We’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Hospitality Assistants to deliver exceptional service across our coffee shops, ice cream parlours, cafes and mobile food kiosks.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve high-quality coffee, ice cream, and food with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Engage with visitors to create memorable experiences, providing top-tier customer service.
- Support our multiple hospitality outlets across the Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door area.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for both guests and team members.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic.
- Flexible and willing to work across different outlets.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
- Experience in hospitality is a plus, but a positive attitude is most important.
Benefits:
- Salary of £12.71 per hour with holiday paid on top at 12.07% of hours worked (total hourly rate of £14.25).
