We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our Italian Restaurant. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen operations
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences
- Oversee food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Develop staff schedules, monitor performance, and facilitate training programmes
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality food production and presentation
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant premises
- Collaborate with culinary team to innovate menu offerings and optimise kitchen efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead diverse staff groups
- Extensive restaurant experience, including food preparation, cooking, and serving roles
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
- Background in culinary arts or hospitality management is desirable
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous but not essential
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £24,420.00-£47,218.67 per year
