About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident individual to join our dessert shop team. Previous experience in a customer-facing or fast-paced environment is preferred.
The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, friendly, reliable, and confident when dealing with customers. You should be comfortable working under pressure, able to multitask, and maintain a high standard of customer service during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders and handling payments accurately
- Preparing and serving desserts and drinks
- Keeping the shop clean, organised, and presentable
- Working efficiently during busy periods
- Working well as part of a team
- Providing a positive experience for every customer
Previous work experience is required, and experience within hospitality, retail, or customer service would be an advantage.
Pay: £25,420.00-£43,557.82 per year
