What you’ll get to do:
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible to leading your team to support our young people in supported accommodation.

Lead and manage a team, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective services.

Embed a coaching culture, empowering staff and clients.

Ensure safeguarding and promote the wellbeing of young people.

Manage properties, budgets, and contract compliance.

Develop staff through supervision, appraisal, and training.

Represent the organisation at inter-agency forums.
What we’re looking for from you:

You must be practical, flexible, and able to respond to a variety of situations.

Have experience in managing and leading teams within children and Young People's services
-
Full UK Driving licence
