About the Role
Frame Your TV is a specialist UK manufacturer of bespoke TV frames, TV mirrors and integrated TV solutions for residential and commercial interiors.
We are looking for a practical, skilled and reliable person to join our workshop and production team.
This is a hands-on role focused primarily on craftsmanship, manufacturing, assembly, painting and finishing rather than traditional warehouse picking and packing.
Our products are made to order, so the work is varied. You will be involved in producing bespoke pieces from start to finish — measuring, cutting, assembling, sanding, preparing, painting and finishing products to a high standard.
The majority of your time will be based in our workshop. From time to time, you will also assist with onsite installations, giving you the opportunity to see the products you have helped manufacture through to their final installation.
You don't need previous experience making TV frames or TV mirrors. We will teach you our specialist manufacturing processes.
What we are looking for is someone who already has good practical ability, confidence using tools, attention to detail and pride in their workmanship.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manufacture and assemble bespoke TV frames and TV mirror products
- Measure and cut materials accurately
- Work with wood, mouldings, mirror and other materials
- Use saws, drills, sanders and other workshop tools and machinery
- Sand, fill and prepare components for finishing
- Prime, paint and finish products to a high standard
- Fit and assemble different components
- Check measurements and finished products for accuracy and quality
- Solve practical problems during the manufacturing process
- Carefully prepare and pack completed products
- Receive and organise materials and stock
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop
- Assist with loading and unloading when required
- Occasionally assist our team with onsite installations at residential and commercial properties
Who We're Looking For
You don't need experience in our particular industry.

We're more interested in finding someone who is good with their hands, practical, accurate and willing to learn than someone with a particular job title on their CV.
Ideally, You Will:
- Have previous hands-on workshop, manufacturing or trade experience
- Be confident using hand and power tools
- Be comfortable measuring and cutting materials accurately
- Have experience with sanding, preparation, painting or finishing
- Have strong attention to detail
- Take pride in producing work to a high standard
- Have good practical problem-solving skills
- Be reliable, punctual and organised
- Be comfortable working independently once trained
- Be willing to learn new manufacturing techniques
- Be happy to assist with onsite installations when required
- Be comfortable working professionally inside customers' properties
- Be looking for a stable, long-term position
- Be able to understand drawings
- Have a full UK driving licence
Experience with woodworking, joinery, furniture, framing, fabrication, painting/finishing or similar hands-on work would be a strong advantage.
