We are looking for strong, enthusiastic and committed Waiters & Waitresses to become part of something truly special at The Little Violet Door in Carnaby, Soho, part of the Little Door & Co family.
Our existing venues – The Little Scarlet Door, The Little Orange Door, The Little Yellow Door and The Little Blue Door – are bustling, critically acclaimed bar restaurants inspired by much-loved fictional flat shares. Every detail reflects our unique approach to hospitality, with beautifully designed spaces that feel like stepping into someone's home. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, fun and unpretentious.
Located just moments from Kingly Court, The Little Violet Door offers a vibrant dining and drinking experience designed for the lively Soho crowd. We are looking for people who take pride in delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards and creating memorable experiences for every guest. The Role
We are looking for experienced Waiters & Waitresses with a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service. You'll be responsible for delivering attentive, friendly and knowledgeable table service, ensuring every guest enjoys amazing food, drinks and a memorable experience from arrival to departure.
You'll thrive in this role if you:

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer-facing hospitality role
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
- A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
