Community Places | Residential Setting (Ages 18–65)
Community Places is an established, expanding organisation offering full‑time and part‑time opportunities for caring and motivated Support Workers to join our friendly and professional team.
You’ll be supporting adults aged 18–65 within a residential setting, helping them to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives through high‑quality, person‑centred care.
Working Hours
- Full‑time: 40.1 hours per week
- Based on a 2-week shift pattern which includes every other weekend off
- Alternatively, we have part time opportunities of 24.66 or 12.33 weekly hours

About the Role
The individuals we support have a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge. As a Support Worker, you’ll provide bespoke, person‑centred support, enabling individuals to build skills, confidence, and independence.
No two days are the same, and your duties will vary depending on the needs of the individuals you support.
You will receive mandatory and tailored training, with ongoing support from our in‑house training team. We are committed to developing our staff and supporting progression into more senior roles.
