Trauma-informed SEMH Teaching Assistant - Surrey
Full-time (term time only), 8am - 4pm
£100 - £110 PAYE per day, weekly payment

Imagine you are working in a school where the main priority is creating a safe and happy place for everyone. Everything you do will be child-centred; all the facilities and resources you have are for the children with additional needs.
You will support children who have been diagnosed with Autism/ASC, ADHD, and/or SEMH. Some children may have high anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and other complex mental health needs. This school is all about providing therapeutic and trauma-informed support.
Who should consider applying for this trauma-informed SEMH Teaching Assistant position?
- Studied Psychology, Criminology, Education Studies, or other relevant degree
- Want to pursue a career in SEND/SEMH settings
- Want to become a SEND / SEMH Teacher in future
- Have experience in SEND / SEMH settings (this can be personal experience)
- Have a positive attitude and want to learn
- Able to commit full-time
