Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to support our team with a variety of Sage software administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within our organisation. Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining office files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Coordinating office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Providing general support to visitors and clients visiting the organisation
- Ensuring the office environment remains organised, tidy, and welcoming
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Sage or similar software programmes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks undertaken
- Friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards colleagues and clients

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
