Duties
- Manage and maintain customer records using CRM software and Sage
- Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Handle sales administration tasks including processing orders, invoicing, and follow-ups
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries via email or phone
- Organise appointments, meetings, and coordinate schedules using Microsoft Outlook
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and promotional activities
- Ensure the office remains organised and well-maintained at all times
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM software and Sage accounting systems
- Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills including computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour
- Strong organisational skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
