Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs throughout the event
- Manage guest flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Support event setup and breakdown, including organising equipment and materials
- Coordinate with management to ensure event activities run smoothly
- Provide information about the event programme and venue facilities
- Handle guest enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of event spaces during and after events
- Assist with managing registrations or ticketing if required
Requirements
- Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is desirable but not required
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or specialised event times as needed
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and well-presented
