Warehouse Operative – DMS Flooring Supplies (Northampton Central Warehouse)
Location: Northampton
Salary: Up to £27,500
Hours: Full-time, shift-based between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

As a Warehouse Operative at our Northampton Central Warehouse, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time, every time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Accurately cutting goods to length using our cutting machine
- Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming stock
- Checking deliveries and ensuring stock levels are accurate
- Assisting with regular stock taking and inventory checks
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining accurate records
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in forklift driving (preferred but not essential)
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with great attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
- A strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards

Experience:
