***Must have minimum 6 years experience on working with timber frame assembly. Must be confident in both 1st and 2nd fix aspects of joinery/carpentry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for custom pod designs
2. Select appropriate materials and prepare them for manufacturing
3. Cut, shape, and assemble wooden components using various hand and power tools
4. Construct and fit internal fixtures such as kitchenettes, bathrooms, and built-in furniture
5. Install windows, doors, and other fittings
6. Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer specifications
7. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
8. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
9. Assist in the development of new pod designs and features
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a bench joiner or carpenter, preferably in a manufacturing setting
2. Excellent knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
4. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
5. Valid driver's license (preferred)
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience in manufacturing mobile or modular structures
