TikTok Account Manager

New Era is an ecommerce marketing agency built around paid ads, growth, and TikTok. We've been going for 8 years and worked with some incredible brands, helping them scale through paid media and turning TikTok into real sales. We move fast, we test everything, and we are obsessed!
We're growing at such a fast rate!!! More brands have come on board, so we're expanding the team, and we couldn't be more excited about it. We're looking for another TikTok Account Manager to come in, be part of our growing team, and look after our clients on the TikTok side of the business. This is a hands on role for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, knows the rising names before they blow up, and gets a buzz out of spotting a trend early and running with it.
You'll own your accounts, but you're never doing it alone. You'll be working alongside a team that's right there with you, sharing what's working and figuring things out together. We nurture everyone from the get go. Experience is ideal, but either way, we'll train you up on how we run accounts, manage creators, and grow brands on TikTok. The one thing we can't teach is drive, so we need someone who's seriously self motivated, runs on their own initiative, and gets stuck in without waiting to be asked.

What you'll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of client TikTok accounts day to day, owning their growth and performance
- Planning and managing content across accounts, from ideas and posting schedules to captions and keeping everything on brand
- Finding, reaching out to, and building relationships with creators and influencers who fit each brand
- Briefing creators, keeping partnerships running smoothly, and making sure content actually delivers
- Supporting our own affiliate program, helping coach and develop creators so they grow and sell
- Driving sales through TikTok Shop and keeping accounts focused on real results, not just views
- Spotting trends, sounds, and formats early and turning them into content ideas for clients
- Staying on top of the rising names and faces on TikTok before everyone else does
- Replying to comments, engaging with the community, and keeping accounts active and alive
- Working closely with the rest of the team on strategy, content, and what's working across accounts
- Reporting on performance and using what you learn to make the next thing better
What we're looking for
- Experience working with TikTok, whether that's in a brand, agency, or growing your own accounts
- Agency experience is a big bonus, but it's not a dealbreaker if you've got the right drive and instincts
- Someone who genuinely lives on TikTok and is obsessed with trends, creators, and culture
- Confident managing social media accounts day to day, from content and posting to engagement
- Self motivated and driven, you don't wait to be told what to do
- Quick, effective, and able to use your initiative to solve things on your own
- Someone who thinks outside the box and brings ideas rather than waiting for them
- Comfortable juggling a few accounts and priorities at once without dropping the ball
- Great with people, since a big part of this is building relationships with creators and clients and helping them grow
- Ideally able to drive, as you may need to get to clients now and then
Nice to have
- Experience in social media management across other platforms
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing creators
- Experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing
- Hands on experience growing accounts or running creator partnerships

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
