Educo 11+ is an established 11+ tuition provider in North West London. We prepare Year 4 and Year 5 pupils for grammar school entrance exams across the region — including the SW Herts Consortium, QE Boys and Henrietta Barnett — through our own complete teaching programme built on the GL Assessment curriculum.
We're recruiting a tutor to lead small-group classes from September 2026.
The role
- Teaching small groups of Year 4 and/or Year 5 pupils
- 90-minute sessions covering Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning and Spelling
- Weekday late afternoons/early evenings and/or Saturday mornings
- 2–6 hours per week depending on enrolment
- Stanmore / Pinner / HA5 area — exact venue confirmed in August
- £35–£45 per 90-minute session, depending on qualifications and experience
Turn up and teach — we handle everything else
Every worksheet, mock paper and lesson plan is already built and structured week by week. No planning. No marking chase. No parent admin, invoicing or chasing payments. No finding your own clients. You'll be trained in the Educo method before term starts (paid), and supported throughout by our founder and admin team.
Requirements
- QTS, or substantial 11+ tutoring experience — essential
- Confident with 11+ level Maths, English and Verbal Reasoning
- Warm, engaging and able to hold the attention of a small group of 9–10 year olds
- Good communication with parents
- Enhanced DBS, or willing to obtain one (we can assist)

Exact days, times and venue will be confirmed by 18 August, once September enrolment closes. We're asking you to hold availability across the window above; we'll confirm your specific hours as soon as class numbers are final. August training is paid regardless of final allocation.
