Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Spa Attendant to join our team, responsible for maintaining spa standards, some reception duties and ensuring the well-being of our valued guests. The role plays a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness in all spa areas, replenishing towels, responding to emails, greeting clients and supporting Spa Therapists with the preparation and cleaning of treatment rooms.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and order in all spa areas, including lounges, changing rooms, and relaxation areas.
Ensure towels and amenities are consistently replenished for guests.
Cover reception email inbox.
Manage spa bookings.
Support Spa Therapists in preparing treatment rooms before and after treatments.
Monitor and maintain the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the spa environment.
Collaborate with the spa team to uphold a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality.
Prior experience in a spa or hospitality setting is advantageous.
Pool responder qualification is desirable.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
