We’re looking for Part time AND Full time compassionate and reliable people to join our friendly team at Lifetree Home Care as Care Assistants. No experience is required!
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds Rural: Stanton, Ixworth and Diss.
Pay: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour
Bonus Pay: Time and a half pay on bank holidays
Hours: Part-time & full-time
Please note, the hourly rate of pay is determined by candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant aspects of the role.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes with:
- Support people in their own homes with personal care, comfort, and dignity (drive to clients’ homes)
- Help with meals, drinks, medication prompts, and daily routines
- Encourage independence, choice, and confidence in everyday life
- Offer companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
- Support safe movement and mobility
- Notice and report any changes in wellbeing
- Keep clear, detailed care notes (use digital system Pass for care)
- Communicate with the office team and colleagues or other professionals
- Follow care plans, training, and policies to deliver safe, person-centred care
- Update line manager with any new changes or concerns related to clients or colleagues

- A full UK driving license and access to your own car
